Our Community
Residents of Tri-Valley REACH live, work and play in the Tri-Valley. They enjoy becoming part of the communities they live in. Living in a REACH home gives them independence, a sense of belonging, and a safe place to call home. Our Resident Services team also helps navigate any questions they have, working closely with families and the Regional Center of the East Bay on services they may require to fully enjoy life in the Tri-Valley.
Residents are gaining connection, independence, and a place in our growing REACH family—a community made possible by the donors, partners, and supporters at the heart of our organization.

Cities in the Tri-Valley have housing goals that include adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and REACH provides a practical way to help meet those goals. When REACH purchases or maintains a home, the city gains units that serve people with the greatest need, and the responsibility for upkeep and landlord duties stays with a nonprofit that understands this population.

Some help fund property purchases, others sponsor events or specific upgrades, such as accessibility improvements or home renovations.
