Our Homes
We own a variety of properties from duplexes to condo’s to single family residences. We modify our homes to suit our residents’ needs. Currently, our homes support 38 tenants in Livermore and Pleasanton. We follow a “Good Neighbor” policy which means we maintain our properties to the highest standard in their respective neighborhoods. We aim to be the best neighbor on the block.

Developmental disabilities, which affect about 4.6 million people in the U.S., include a range of mental and physical impairments, such as cerebral palsy, autism and down syndrome. And the number of citizens with these challenges is on the rise. Our aim is to continue to add new housing opportunities to keep up with the growing demand in the Tri-Valley community.
To be eligible for residency, tenants must be a client of the Regional Center and preference is given to applicants that either live in the Tri-Valley or have family members who live in the Tri-Valley.
