Over the years, the City of Pleasanton Grant awards have been instrumental in allowing REACH to maintain our Pleasanton properties at their highest level, making necessary and reasonable accommodations when needed and implementing various home improvement projects.
This year REACH received a significant grant award to be used toward a seismic retrofit at one of our single-family dwellings. While this project improvement was not one that could be seen by anyone passing by the property, it was critical to the long-term safety and well-being of the tenants who reside in the home.
The ongoing financial support from the City of Pleasanton allows REACH to continue to provide extremely affordable and quality housing in our community for this very underserved population.
